Note: The time limit starts from the day after the order is shipped (not the day the order is placed) and is postponed on holidays.

Real-time calculation: Shipping costs are automatically generated based on the weight, volume and destination of the item.

Flat Rate: Fixed rate for some areas (e.g. Canada: $8.99/order)

III. Tariff and Customs Clearance Policy 
DDP Duty Paid Delivery Mode

Pre-collected tariffs: Import taxes and fees are automatically calculated and collected at checkout (supported in Europe and the United States)

Advantage: buyers don't need to pay extra when receiving goods, avoiding customs clearance delays

Customs Declaration Requirements

All parcels provide commercial invoice (with commodity description, HS code, value statement)

Must fill in the true value of the order (> $ 0), false declaration will lead to forfeiture

IV. Parcel Tracking and Exception Handling 
Shipping and Tracking

Order processing time: 1-2 working days (orders paid before 16:00 on working days will be shipped on the same day)

An email with tracking link will be sent automatically after shipment
